LaunchPad Zero – Legal Policies

This single document contains the legally binding Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Policies”) for the website https://www.launchpadzero.com and the associated service “LaunchPad Zero” (the “Service”). 1. Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Service, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all additional guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.2 Description of the Service

LaunchPad Zero is a rapid-development platform that designs, builds, deploys and scales Minimum Viable Products (“MVPs”). We publicly market the slogan “Ship your MVP in 7 Days”; this period is an average estimate only. Project start dates and delivery timelines vary based on internal queue prioritisation and resource availability, which are determined solely at our discretion.

We may provide certain functionality free of charge (“Free Tier”) until the User requests extra features, integrations or capacity, at which point paid plans or custom quotations will apply. Details of pricing and paid options will be presented to you for acceptance prior to any charge.

1.3 Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. Account information must be accurate, complete and kept up-to-date.

1.4 User Responsibilities

Provide clear project requirements, assets and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials and promptly report misuse.

1.5 Scope & Limitations of Delivery

No Guarantee of Fit for Purpose. We deliver generic MVP solutions based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee that the final deliverable will meet any particular performance metrics, compliance regimes or business objectives.
No Fixed Delivery Commitment. The “7-day” timeframe is indicative. We may adjust schedule, milestones or scope to ensure quality or address technical dependencies. We are not liable for losses resulting from any delay.
Queue Prioritisation. Projects are internally prioritised. Start dates may be postponed without prior notice, although we will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate expected timelines.

1.6 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Code, configurations and documentation produced specifically for your project (“Deliverables”) become your property upon full payment of all fees due.
Bluengo retains ownership of its underlying platform, libraries, processes and know-how. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them as necessary to operate the Deliverables.

1.7 Payments & Taxes

All fees are due according to the payment terms presented at checkout or defined in a separate order form. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or VAT, which are your responsibility.

1.8 Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE, DELIVERABLES AND ALL ASSOCIATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUENGO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF EUR 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

1.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluengo, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

1.11 Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or we believe your use poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but Sections 1.6–1.10 shall survive.

1.12 Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email with at least 14 days’ notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

1.13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with the Service or these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.

2. Privacy Policy

Bluengo Initiatives S.L. is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above or as required by law (e.g., 6 years for tax records in Spain).

2.5 Sharing & International Transfers

We may share data with trusted processors (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics services) under contractual safeguards. Where transfers outside the EEA occur, we rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

2.6 Security Measures

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. Nevertheless, no online service is 100 % secure.

2.7 Your Rights under GDPR

You may exercise the following rights:

Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Requests can be sent to lpzero@bluengo.com. We may require proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

2.8 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on the website and, where appropriate, notified via email.

3.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser and capture certain information.
